Is it a hit or a miss? here’s my take

The beach location is stunning , and the friendly service from staff like Jose made my stay truly enjoyable. The pool and hot tub were clean and relaxing , surpassing my expectations.

The restaurant service was slow , and the food options weren’t as plentiful as anticipated. Also, I experienced some plumbing issues which detracted from overall comfort.

Cleanliness standards leave much to be desired!!! The rooms I experienced needed thorough cleaning, and the lack of amenities like a refrigerator was disappointing!!!

Couples seeking quiet comfort

First off, the bed was comfortable! And, I gotta say, the two gentlemen at the restaurant, Humberto and Michelle, treated us like royalty, catering to every single need.

It wasn’t cheap, but you know what, still acceptable.

The decor was modern and inviting, with accessible areas for seniors. I truly enjoyed the view from my balcony, and the pool was easy to access, providing a wonderful place to relax right on the beach.

Ocean view from my room exceeded expectations. Not enough lounge chairs by the pool. Staff were friendly and helpful. Access to the beach was great for morning walks.

great stay but needs better dining options

The room had a lovely small patio overlooking the beach which made mornings serene. The shower offered impressive water pressure which was refreshing after a long day.

The dining options were somewhat limited and could use improvement.

The room felt a bit cramped, especially with the desk and dresser so close to the bed. It was manageable for one night, but could be tighter for longer stays.

Unfortunately, no refrigerator in the room made storing snacks and drinks a hassle, particularly for longer stays. The jacuzzi temperature was more cold than warm, which was disappointing after a long day. Additionally, the ocean view from my room was quite small, limiting the experience I was hoping for.
